DO I HAVE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT ? YES – WE ARE USUALLY BOOKED OUT ANYWHERE FROM 1-4 WEEKS DEPENDING ON THE SEASON / TIME OF YEAR – WALK INS ARE USUALLY NOT POSSIBLE – WE DO ALSO REQUIRE A CREDIT / DEBIT CARD AT THE TIME OF BOOKING TO PROTECT AGAINST NO SHOWS AND LAST MINUTE CANCELATIONS
DO YOU CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE ? YES WE DO BUT NOT IF IT’S CANCELLED BEFORE A 72 HOUR WINDOW BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT – ANYTHING CANCELLED WITHIN A 72 HOUR WINDOW OF AN APPOINTMENT WILL BE CHARGED A 50% FEE OF WHICHEVER SERVICES WERE SCHEDULED – HOWEVER, IF THE APPOINTMENT IS REBOOKED WITHIN 30 DAYS WE WILL GIVE 100% CREDIT OF THAT FEE TO THE BALANCE – BY GIVING US YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD YOU AUTHORIZE US TO CHARGE YOUR CARD FOR ANY SERVICES RENDERED OR TO CHARGE FOR ANY CANCELLATION FEES.
DO YOU CHARGE A FEE FOR NO SHOWING ? YES WE DO. SADLY IT’S NECESSARY TO KEEP NO SHOWING TO AN UTMOST MINIMUM, SINCE WE CAN BE BOOKED OUT UP TO A MONTH OUT, IT’S NOT FAIR FOR ANYONE TO NO SHOW NOT ONLY FOR US AS A BUSINESS BUT AS TO ALL OUR OTHER CUSTOMERS BOOKED OUT EVEN FURTHER – AS WITH THE CANCELLATION FEE THE NO SHOW FEE IS 100% APPLIED TO ANY APPOINTMENT REBOOKED WITHIN 30 DAYS – BY GIVING US YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD YOU AUTHORIZE US TO CHARGE YOUR CARD FOR ANY SERVICES RENDERED OR TO CHARGE FOR ANY NO SHOW FEES.
